Job summary

VOYAGE CARE is seeking a Female Support Worker for our residential service in Enfield. We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hands-on individuals who want to make a positive difference in people’s lives by helping them build independence and life skills.

You’ll support with personal care, learning new life skills, accessing the local community, and taking part in social activities and hobbies. Each day brings variety and meaningful opportunities to empower those we support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.

Responsibilities

• Be resilient, flexible, and calm under pressure.
• Have experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice.
• Be confident supporting people who may experience behaviours of distress.
• Have experience working with individuals with autism, mental health conditions, forensic histories, or those who have experienced trauma.
