Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Candidates should be resilient, flexible and composed.
• Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a supportive team.
• Attend to personal care and daily living activities with dignity.
• Teach life skills and encourage community participation.
• Support access to local communities, social activities, and outings.
• Engage clients in activities such as visits to bars, cinema, or home leisure.
• Contribute to personalised support plans and wellbeing goals.
