Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Bridgend to assist four men aged 30s-50s with daily activities, social outings and meaningful interests. The role emphasises person-centred care, dignity and enabling independence, including personal care and medication support.

You will adapt to each person’s communication style and collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent, compassionate support across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience is essential.
• Experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and complex needs.
• Ability to tailor support to individual needs and maintain dignity.

Responsibilities

• Support four men aged 30s to 50s with activities and daily living.
• Provide personal care and medication support as required.
• Encourage participation in activities and adapt approach to communication styles.
• Work with PBS plans and maintain person-centred support.
