Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and reliable.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance.
• Previous care experience beneficial but not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to four ladies and one gentleman.
• Promote independence and meaningful activities for the people we support.
• Assist with mobility and personal care as needed.
• Support people to access local communities, trips and holidays.
• Encourage engagement in social events and community activities.
• Work as part of a supportive team to ensure well-being.
