Job summary

Case Management Cymru Ltd. is seeking a Female Support Worker for Brackla, Bridgend. This permanent role is 36 hours weekly with a mix of day shifts, sleep‑in shifts, waking nights, and weekends; a full UK driving licence is required to drive the client’s adapted vehicle.

The role involves personal care, mobility support and hydrotherapy sessions as part of a dedicated care team; full induction and DBS checks are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive client's adapted vehicle.
• Willingness to work a mix of day shifts, sleep-in shifts, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfort around water for hydrotherapy sessions.
• Patient, reliable and flexible with person-centred support.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and personal care.
• Support mobility, therapy programmes and community access.
• Follow client care rota and work as part of the care team.
• Drive client in adapted vehicle for appointments and activities.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions safely.
