ND Care & Support Ltd in Wales seeks a Community Support Care Worker to deliver sessional care services for adults and children with additional needs, including learning or physical disabilities or mental health challenges. Your role helps ensure they have access to resources, opportunities and support to thrive.

You will be required to enrich lives with activities, help build independent living skills, promote wellbeing and provide companionship that nurtures bonds.

• Support people to build and develop independent living skills such as cooking and shopping for a brighter future.
• Promote well-being to inspire wellness and ignite change.
• Provide support with a healthy balanced diet so we can empower people to thrive.
• Provide companionship to nurture bonds that enrich lives. Ensuring a connection that counts!

A full UK Driving License or an International Driving License and your own car are desirable but not essential.

You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hours are available Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm. You will be required to work every other weekend. 12-hour shifts are also available!

Who are we?

Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke home care and community care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

What we offer:

• Enhanced DBS Reimbursed – Complete 50 hours and we’ll refund the cost of your DBS check (unless you already have a DBS on the Update Service).

• We will cover the cost of your Social Care Wales registration fee (We will reimburse you once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
• We will cover the cost of your Blue Light Card (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card fee on proof of purchase).
