Job summary

Creative Support in Stockport, Greater Manchester, is seeking warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers (full-time/part-time) to join our learning disabilities supported living services. You will provide respectful personal care and assistance with daily living tasks at home and in the community.

Sleep-ins are part of the role, and a full UK driving licence is essential to support our service users across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and daily living assistance.
• Willing to work sleep-ins and varied shifts.
• Hold a UK driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK (UK visa restrictions do not apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Support service users in community activities.
• Build trusting relationships with people supported and their families.
• Cover 7-day rota with sleep-ins where required.
