Job summary

Creative Support Services Ltd in Darlington, County Durham, seeks a warm, proactive Support Worker to provide person-centred care to tenants with mental health needs and learning disabilities in supported living and through community outreach. You will help with daily activities, social engagement and skills development, while building warm, trusting relationships and maintaining a respectful, empowering environment.

Responsibilities

• Provision of practical, emotional and behavioural support to service users.
• Providing support to individuals with cooking, cleaning and life skills.
• Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users.
• Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.
• Working flexibly to cover daytimes, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.
