Job summary

Creative Support in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a compassionate full-time Support Worker to help four residents live fulfilling, independent lives. You will assist with day-to-day activities, budgeting, shopping, medication support and personal care, at home and in the community.

The role requires flexibility to cover a 7-day rota, with shifts from 7am to 10pm. A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills and basic IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support four residents to live happy, independent lives.
• Assist with day-to-day activities including budgeting, shopping, medication support and personal care.
• Provide support at home and in the community to build confidence and independence.
