Job summary

Key Care & Support is expanding its services in Trafford and seeks dedicated Support Workers to join a compassionate team. You will be a driver with a UK licence, able to work 20–24 hours each weekend, and provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with learning disabilities and autism.

The role demands excellent communication, reliability and a caring attitude, with opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver with UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently with budgeting, bills, housework, appointments and meals.
• Promote positive relationships through strong communication and relationship building.
• Support community inclusion by helping people access local events and develop life skills.
• Assist with personal care and medication prompting where required, noting that some roles may not involve high levels of personal care.
