Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Folkestone, Kent. You will support a gentleman with his daily routine and interests, fostering independence and confidence. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and full training will be provided alongside NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

You will work various shifts on our rota system, with commitment to kindness and a positive outlook, helping him join activities and experiences he values.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred or required.
• Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support people to take part in activities and experiences they value.
• Help individuals live with confidence and independence.
• Assist with daily routines and hobbies, accompanying on outings.
