Affinity Trust in Harkstead is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help a client live independently at home. You will provide person-centred support, engage in activities, and promote wellbeing in a home-based setting.

Daily duties include facilitating meaningful choices, assisting with routines, and building trusted relationships. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with full training and ongoing support offered.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car required.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support our client in their own home in Harkstead to live independently.
• Encourage independence and form meaningful connections.
• Assist with activities and accompany to appointments and outings.
