Job summary

Transforming Support is recruiting Support Workers for TS Liverpool’s supported living services in the WA7 and WA8 areas, supporting adults with physical health, mental health, learning disability and complex support needs.

You will build trusted relationships and provide practical support, reassurance and encouragement, helping each person live with greater independence, confidence and choice. These are full time, permanent positions.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK for full contracted hours without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to WA7/WA8 for shifts including weekends.
• At least six months’ care or support experience for Starling Close and Dalwood Close.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
• Build positive relationships and help people access their community.
• Support health, wellbeing and medication in line with training and procedures.
• Follow individual support plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain clear, accurate records.
• Work with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide consistent support.
