Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Knowsley is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns in daily living. The role is a permanent contract up to 42 hours with shifts including evenings and nights on a single site.

You’ll work closely with the Service Leader and team, providing person-centred support, building trust and ensuring safety while promoting independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns.
• Contract: Permanent (up to 42 hours).
• Shifts: mix of days/evenings/nights across one location.

Responsibilities

• Support two gentlemen with full daily living activities and care.
• Provide patient, caring interaction and adapt to individuals' communication needs.
• Participate in required training (Epilepsy, Buccal Midazolam, Moving and Positioning, Safety Interventions, Dysphasia and Eating and Drinking).
