Job summary

Active Pathways Ltd is recruiting a Day Support Worker to cover maternity leave at Heathy House in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This fixed-term role lasts 9 months with potential extension to 12 months, offering varied duties to help individuals live more independently.

You will work on a 38.5 hour week, 8am–8pm, on a two-week rolling rota, with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses, Learning Disabilities, and/or Autism.
• Appreciate person-centred care and promoting independence.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Day Support Worker (Maternity Cover)

Location: Heathy House, Halifax, West Yorkshire

Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour, with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways Ltd is currently recruiting for a compassionate DaySupport Worker to join the dedicated team at Heathy House in Halifax, West Yorkshire on a fixed-term basis for 9-months (with a view to extending to 12-months) covering maternity leave.
