Active Pathways is recruiting a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Days) at Heathy House in Halifax. You will supervise Recovery Support Workers, deliver compassionate, person‑centred care, and role‑model high standards of practice in a residential mental health setting for men with enduring needs.
You will mentor staff, support care planning and risk assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence, and well‑being.
Location: Heathy House, Halifax
Hours: 39.37 hours per week
Salary: £15.00 per hour + £16.50 overtime + On-Call paid £35 pw
Shift Pattern: 7:30am - 7:45pm, two-week rolling rota
To ensure consistency in our care delivery, applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from their agreed start date.
