Job summary

Priory is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Hull and East Riding (HU7). You will assist residents with daily living, personal care, and community activities, guided by individual care plans and safeguarding policies.

You will maintain records, build strong relationships with service users and families, and help residents achieve personal outcomes with dignity and independence. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Various shift patterns: 8:00-20:30 / 20:00-08:30 / 08:00-15:30 / 14:30-22:00

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in HU7.

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
