Job summary

Priory Group in Hull is recruiting for a Support Worker to provide compassionate care across day and night shifts in a supported living setting. You will join a dedicated team delivering individual care plans and assisting residents to live independently within their own homes.

The role offers permanent, full-time contracts with varied shifts (8:00–20:30, 20:00–08:30, 08:00–15:30, 14:30–22:00) and a pay rate of £13.45 per hour, based at HU7 (Sutton area).

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in HU7.

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
