Job summary

HomeCareDirect is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Peacehaven. You will provide 1:1 support to a vibrant client in his 30s, accompany him on outings, assist with daily activities, and help with personal care and medication as needed.

A full UK driving licence is essential for daytime shifts, with hourly pay of £15–£16 and a 39-hour schedule. The role emphasizes compassionate, proactive care, reliability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for training and support from regional

About the Role:

• Supporting adventures, outings & fun community activities
  
• Delivering person centred 2:1 support

About You:

• A full UK driving licence (essential for day shifts - 21+ for insurance purposes)
  
• Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
