Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in the UK to assist one individual with daily living in a brand-new bungalow. The role offers part-time hours (24 per week) with guaranteed shifts and a support-driven team environment.
You will provide personal care, medication administration, home management, and engage in daily activities like swimming and walks. Training and progression opportunities are available as you contribute to a person-centred approach.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a young man with his day to day life in his brand new bungalow. The person we support is unique, so you will provide person-centred support and will focus on achieving the best life possible with him.
