Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in the UK to assist one individual with daily living in a brand-new bungalow. The role offers part-time hours (24 per week) with guaranteed shifts and a support-driven team environment.

You will provide personal care, medication administration, home management, and engage in daily activities like swimming and walks. Training and progression opportunities are available as you contribute to a person-centred approach.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a young man with his day to day life in his brand new bungalow. The person we support is unique, so you will provide person-centred support and will focus on achieving the best life possible with him.

Our Shifts

08:00-22:00 | 22:00-08:00 (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement

We are currently recruiting for staff to work a combination of day shifts and night shifts

Contract

Part-time permanent contract available for 24 hours per week

UK Driving License Required?

Yes (for driving house vehicle)

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 1 amazing individual to live his daily life in the way he wants to live it. He is a very active person so someone with lots of energy would be ideal!

You will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Medication Administration
  • Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
  • Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with swimming, walking, going on swings and roundabouts and getting out and about
