Community Integrated Care is hiring a Support Worker in the United Kingdom. You will help a person live their life the way they choose, providing compassionate support across personal care, medication administration, home management and daily activities.
No formal experience is required, but a caring attitude, willingness to learn, and a valid UK driving license are essential to access activities and transport the person we support.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person‑centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.
8am - 10.30pm | 7.30am - 10am | 2.30pm - 9pm | 10am - 4pm | 6.30pm - 10am next day (Sunday only, includes sleepover) | 10pm - 7.30am (Sleepover)
We are currently recruiting for a staff member to work a mix of the above shifts on different days, including some weekends
We have 1 x 15 hour permanent contract available
Yes - must be able to drive a manual vehicle (the person we support has a car)
