Transforming Support in Horley is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs at Prinsted in Horley. You will build trusted relationships and provide practical support, reassurance and encouragement, helping each person develop confidence and independence.

You will help individuals develop confidence, make choices and lead as independently as possible, with a rolling two-week rota and a permanent position where you can make a meaningful

Formación

• At least six months’ experience in a care or support setting.
• Able to travel to Horley, RH6 7EP, for shifts.
• Communicate clearly and maintain written records.
• Right to work in the UK for the full contracted hours; no sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting everyday living skills, household responsibilities and independence.
• Helping individuals manage tenancy and finances where required.
• Supporting health needs, appointments and medication per procedures.
• Encouraging community involvement, relationships and personal interests.
• Contributing to support plans, reviews and risk management.
• Maintaining accurate records and coordinating with teams to deliver consistent support.
