Careline Lifestyles is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our Orchard View team in Fawdon, Newcastle. You will support adults with complex needs, helping them achieve independence and participate in daily activities in a person-centred way.

Full training will be provided, including our induction programme. The role offers a permanent contract, a fixed hourly rate of £13.04, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives within a supportive, family-run environment.

• No formal experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

• Provide person-centred support to residents according to individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living and personal care where needed.
• Promote independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
