Careline Lifestyles - Orchard View in Fawdon, Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. Join a family-run team that supports adults with complex needs, not primarily elderly care.

You will provide person-centred support, help residents develop independence and participate in meaningful daily activities in a busy, supportive environment. Working on a full-time, permanent basis, you’ll receive comprehensive training, an induction, and ongoing development.

Formación

• Attitude, compassion and willingness to learn are valued above years of experience.
• No strict experience requirements; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred support to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as required.
• Promote independence, dignity and inclusion for individuals.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Support individuals who may display challenging behaviours in a safe manner.
• Encourage participation in activities and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals.
