Lifeways Group in Gateshead is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our residential teams. You’ll help individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs live more independently, with dignity and respect.

This is a full-time role (38.5 hours per week) with part-time and sessional opportunities available. You’ll receive DBS paid for, training, and a range of staff benefits while working in a supportive, person-centred environment.
