Job summary

Lifeways Group in Newcastle is seeking a Female Support Worker to make a real difference. No care experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support as you start a rewarding career in supported living.

Choose hours that suit you: full-time, part-time or bank shifts. You'll help with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities, while learning new skills and gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting people in a supported living home who have a variety of needs including learning disabilites.

This could include:

Going shopping or out for coffee
Supporting hobbies, activities and day trips
Helping with cooking and household tasks
Providing personal care when needed
Encouraging independence and confidence
Being someone he can rely on and trust
