The Housing Network in Bristol is seeking a Support Worker (Complex Needs) to provide strength-based, trauma-informed support and build trusting relationships with residents, creating outcome-focused support plans.
You will run 1:1 sessions, manage a caseload to ensure appropriate engagement, help residents with tenancy documents and benefits, and uphold safeguarding across the team. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekend and bank holiday work.
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
40 hours per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays
