Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Malvern, Worcestershire for high-intensity, person-centred care.

You'll work within enhanced 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing packages, playing a vital role in safety, dignity and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes. Senior roles available. Salary ranges £27,144 to £36,192 per year plus excellent company benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Experience managing behavioural escalation, physical aggression and high-risk situations.
• Strong de-escalation skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure.
• Experience following detailed care plans, risk assessments and PBS plans.
• Experience in learning disabilities, autism, mental health or restrictive care environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with complex needs in high-intensity, person-centred care.
• Follow care plans and risk assessments to promote safety and dignity.
• Support within enhanced 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 staffing setups and document care.
• Work as part of a team, maintain calm under pressure and record progress.

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire

Hours: 36 or 48 Hour Permanent Contracts Available

Working within enhanced 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing packages, you'll play a vital role in maintaining safety, promoting dignity and helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes.

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Experience managing behavioural escalation, physical aggression and high-risk situations.
• Strong de-escalation skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure.
• Experience following detailed care plans, risk assessments and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and situational awareness.Experience in learning disabilities, autism, mental health, acquired brain injury or restrictive care environments would be advantageous.
