Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd seeks Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to work in a specialist children’s secure unit. You will support young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and educational needs, providing stability, encouragement and consistency to help them engage with education and develop skills for the future.

No two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning classroom support, behaviour management and developing practical life skills alongside education and care

Teaching Assistant / Support Worker – Children's Secure Unit

Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to work in a specialist children's secure unit.

You’ll support young people who may have complex emotional, behavioural and educational needs. Your role will be to provide stability, encouragement and consistency while helping them engage with education and develop positive skills for the future.

No two days will necessarily look the same.
