Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Banbury, Oxfordshire, to support four young ladies and one gentleman with learning disabilities and mental health needs in the community. The role is part-time (30 hours) with a rate of £14.06 per hour.

Full training is provided, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and you will cover sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends as required. You'll be part of a compassionate team helping people live with confidence and independence,

• Help individuals to go shopping, attend the gym, pursue hobbies, or travel to places they wish to visit.

At this location we support 4 young ladies and 1 gentlemen mainly with mental health needs and learning disabilities who enjoy going out into the community and participating in their hobbies.

We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
