Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Bedford to help people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs lead fulfilling lives. The role requires driving to reach the location and involves supporting daily routines, activities, and personal development.

You will join a compassionate team, receive full training, and contribute to positive outcomes while promoting independence and confidence in the individuals you support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car as required for the role.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete as part of training.
• Full training provided to become proficient in support tasks.

At this location our ladies and gentlemen have a mix of interests that you can enjoy with them. From playing snooker or watching football, watching a film, listening to a bit of Elvis and even being pampered. Spending time with or speaking to family is also especially important.

You will need to be a driver for this role as getting to the location is not easy on public transport.
