Minstead Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. You will help individuals maintain their independence, support wellbeing and deliver one-to-one assistance within community settings.
The role requires a compassionate mindset, experience with learning disabilities, and the ability to manage a flexible workload. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential assets for this position.
Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
Salary: £13,260 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week – every Sunday 9am-6pm. Other hours negotiable for the week including 9am-2pm shifts.
