Job summary

Field Lane is seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker to join our community-based service in Betchworth, Surrey. We support adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes or with family, delivering person-centred care.

You will work with a dedicated team, handle daily living tasks, maintain records, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies. A driving licence and DBS checks are required, and we value empathy, reliability, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to complete.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
• DBS and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care with a dedicated team.
• Deliver personal care per individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living tasks (meals, laundry, housekeeping).
• Promote inclusion, dignity and independence for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies.

We’re looking for a Senior Care and Support Worker to join our community-based service in Betchworth, Surrey. We support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently within their own homes or with family.

As a Senior Care and Support Worker, you’ll:

• Work alongside a dedicated team to provide person-centred care and support.

• Support with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Promote inclusion, dignity, and independence for every client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, families, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies.
• Take part in training, team meetings, and ongoing development.

What we’re looking for:
