Support Worker - Full Time

Location: Birchington, Kent

Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and sleep-ins across a seven-day rota.

Salary: £27,045 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200 Complexity Enhancement per annum (pro rata)

Driving: Drivers are preferred due to the location of the service and the needs of the people we support.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting three brothers with their individual needs, promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.

The role is varied and hands-on, with a strong focus on supporting the individuals to participate fully in their local community, maintain relationships with family and friends, and enjoy activities that are meaningful to them.

You’ll need to be proactive, quick-thinking and genuinely enthusiastic about supporting people across all aspects of their daily lives.
