  • I am 82 years old. I Can’t communicate verbally but I do have my own language I use, however I can point and show you my choices. I love being outwith my staff (1-1), going to shops, the Range, Buzz bingo, arcades and communal coffee mornings.

  • I use a rollator to help me around my home and a wheelchair for going out in the community

  • I like going to the range, coffee shops and Morrisons cafe

  • I like watching Netflix and enjoy films like frozen. I also love watching Benidorm.

  • I prefer consistent staff.

  • Visiting my sister Linda by taxi

  • Using taxis rather than public transport

  • This is a lone working service, staff work 9am 1-1 with me then sleep over until 9am the next day

  • I need my staff to be patient and learn my method of communication which can be found in my support plan.

  • I am a friendly, sociable lady who loves company
