We are a group of five gentlemen who live at low lane we all hold our tenancy as this is a support living service ,
We are providing a range of support to met individuals with health and support needs
The staff are trained in epilepsy , first aid ,health and safety ,medication ,moving and positioning
We provide person centred support to provide the best lives possible to the People We Support
Wesupport people to access activities of there choice and in house activities themed parties ,bingo ,arts and crafts ,baking.
We support people to participate in activities and hobbies such as theatre ,cinema ,clubs ,speedway ,bowling ,gardening ,walking
We support people with achieve aspiration and goal such as independence ,holidays etc
We are friendly group who love a joke and a up beat group of staff we are wiling to go that extra mile to for fill our lives we meaningful activities and plenty of laughter .
We like a varied range of staff but we do enjoy upbeat people to motivate us to lead a active lifestyle
We provide a sleepover at night and active support for 17 hours per day with a variation of shift patterns to suit the support needs of the people we support between the hours .
All new staff will be given a comprehensive induction which we will expect to complete within your probation and complete service specific training .
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people from all walks of life; From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
