Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker for New Elmcroft, a 60-bed care home in Shoreham-by-Sea. The role involves providing person-centred care, support with daily activities and maintaining detailed care records. You will work across day and night shifts on a 36/48 hour rota, with 12-hour shifts and weekend work responsibilities.

Support Worker at New Elmcroft

Location: New Elmcroft, St Giles Cl, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 6AT

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Contract: Full time day and night contracts available (36hrs and 48hrs)

Shift Times: Flexible on 4 week Rota, either 12hr day shifts (07:45-20:15) or 12hr night shifts (20:00-08:00) - requirement to work alternative weekends

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
