Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd in Crawley is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care at Burleys Wood dementia care home. You will support daily living activities, assist with personal care, and maintain accurate care documentation as part of a dedicated team.

No previous experience required; a positive attitude and reliable values matter most. Full training will be provided, with opportunities for development and employee benefits included in the package.

Job description

Location: Burleys Wood, Furnace Drive, Furnace Green, Crawley RH10 6JE

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: 24hrs days, 36hrs days fixed term, 36hrs nights or 48hrs nights available

Shift Times: Flexible on 4 week Rota, 12hr shifts either 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00 - requirement to work alternative weekends

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
