Job summary

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is hiring a Day Support Worker for Hillside Lodge, a modern 60-bed care home in Pulborough, West Sussex. You will provide person-centred care and support residents in line with their care plans, helping with daily activities and personal care.

No experience is required; full training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive, employee-owned culture. The role offers mix of 24/36 hour weeks with rotating shifts and weekends.

Day Support Worker at Hillside Lodge

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: 24hrs and 36hrs p/w

Shift Times: Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45- 20:15) includes alternative weekends

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.
