Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 17-year-old client with complex health needs at his family home in Four Marks, Alton, and in the community. You will follow a planned rota across days and nights, providing stable, compassionate care to support his daily living and activities.

The role offers up to £14.50 per hour (experience dependent) with 14.07% holiday pay, induction training, and ongoing support from a care management team.

Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, moving and handling needs, epilepsy, and PEG feed.**Shifts:*** **Flexibility to work days and nights*** **Days: morning 7am-10am and early evenings 3pm-8pm*** **Nights (waking and sleeping): 8pm-7am**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
