Active Assistance in Bangor is hiring a Children’s Support Worker for day shifts. You will care for a 17-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home and in the community. A driver with a car is required due to rural location, and the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours basis with regular weekly shifts.

We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of **Support Workers** to care for our brand new young client in Llanrug.Our client is a 17 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex health needs including wheelchair user, non-verbal, PEG fed and epilepsy. You will be supporting her on a 1:1 basis. We will provide full specialist training.Due to the rural location of the client’s home, you will need to be a driver with a car.**Shifts available:*** Fridays (8am-6pm) and Saturdays (8am-4pm)* Plus occassional cover for Wednesday and Thursday shifts when other support worker is off* Package is likely to increase so more hours likely to be available!In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
