Job summary

Active Assistance is seeking a part-time Children's Support Worker to assist a 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy in a village between Thatcham and Reading. Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy.Full specialist training will be provided.**When you will be working:*** **Part time - 2 evenings a week (2pm-10pm) plus a weekend day shift**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
