Thera Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will provide personal and emotional support, help plan daily living activities, and promote independence in home and community settings.

This role involves a varied rota including early/late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, with an emphasis on person-centred care and respectful communication.
