Job summary

Thera Trust is recruiting a Support Worker in the UK to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living, leisure, employment and travel. You will help individuals achieve personal goals through a person-centred approach and provide personal and emotional support in home or community settings.

No prior experience is required; full, Skills for Care endorsed training is provided. The role offers structured training, equal opportunities and a chance to make a real difference.
