Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with a learning disability live more independently. You will support daily living, assist with personal and emotional care, help people plan and manage their own homes, and enable access to leisure, work, and travel in the community.

No previous experience or qualifications are required as full training will be provided. The role is day shift, with an emphasis on compassion, reliability, and excellent communication.
