Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with Learning Disabilities in Barton-Le-Clay, England. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them engage with the local community. A flexible, compassionate approach and willingness to work varied shifts are essential.

Role includes assisting with personal care, managing records, and participating in training to progress within the care sector. Driver preferred due to location.

• Able to adapt to different daily activities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence of people we support.
• Assist with daily activities: cleaning, cooking, and errands.
• Arrange activities in home and local community.
• Develop residents' life skills and personal interests.
• Help residents stay safe and healthy; assist with personal care.
