Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote independence for residents
• Support daily activities: cleaning, cooking, days out or holidays
• Arrange activities in home and local community
• Develop residents' life skills and personal interests
• Help residents stay safe and healthy
• Assist with personal care needs
• Manual handling where required
• Support people with medication
• Maintain accurate record keeping and support service monitoring
