Job description

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

This role is based within a supported living service located in Denbigh, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals with mental health needs and/or mild learning disabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting individuals 1-1 and promoting positive well-being
  • Supporting individuals to gain confidence, live independently at home, and access the community
  • Providing personal care for some individuals as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of support according to service needs
  • Participating in activities aligned with the interests of the people supported and showing enthusiasm for their pursuits
