We're looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

You'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Maiden Bradley service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,
