Job summary

Agincare Market Deeping is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live more independently and safely in their community. You'll deliver person-centred care, assist with daily routines, and build meaningful connections through activities and outings.

The role offers extensive funded training up to QCF Level 5, career progression, and benefits such as a pension, discounts, and a refer-a-friend bonus. A full UK driving licence is required.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Market Deeping service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most
